- Every booking includes a house engineer or crew member who runs sound or camera for you — it isn't a self-serve room rental.
- What's included in the photography and video studio rental?
- The Set includes a full white cyclorama wall, an overhead lighting grid, a product tabletop station, and Aputure/Godox lighting — everything needed for e-commerce, product, or portrait shoots.
- How do I book the studio?
- Submit a request through the booking form with your date, room, and session length. We confirm by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
- How quickly do I get my raw or edited files after a session?
- Raw files are typically available the same day. Edited files are delivered within 48 hours, depending on the package booked.
- What's included in the hourly room rate?
- The room itself, house lighting and mic setup already installed, and a house engineer or crew member — basic crew isn't a separate line item.
- Do you provide cameras?
- Yes — Sony FX3, Sony A7 IV and Sony A7S III are available across the rooms, already set up as part of the room rate.
- Do you provide microphones?
- Yes — Shure SM7B and Rode PodMic through a Rødecaster Pro II, already wired into every podcast room.
- Can we bring our own equipment?
- Yes — you're welcome to bring your own camera, mic or lighting alongside the house kit.
