What we do with your information
We collect what a booking needs and nothing else: your name, email, phone number, and the details of the session you’re asking about. If you add a note or tell us how you found us, that’s stored too.
What it’s used for
Confirming, scheduling and following up on your booking. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for anything beyond running Box Media Productions.
Where it’s stored
Booking requests are sent by email to our team. If email delivery isn’t available at the moment you submit, your request is saved securely so we can still follow up.
Your rights
Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold on you any time — email book@boxmediaproductions.com and we’ll handle it directly.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. A booking in progress is kept in your browser’s local session storage only, so a refresh doesn’t lose your answers — it never leaves your device until you submit.
